PKEMRA Requirements -- Assessment :
(1) Comprehensive Assessment System: Assess, on an on-going basis, the Nation's prevention capabilities and overall preparedness, including operational readiness. (2) Shall assess: (2.a) Compliance with national preparedness system, NIMS, NRP, other plans (2.b) Capability levels at the time of assessment against target capability levels defined by the TCL (2.c) Resource needs to meet the desired target capability levels defined by the TCL (2.d) Performance of training, exercises, and operations.
