Placement Agreement : A written agreement between the department and the carers for a child in an out-of-home care placement, excluding placements with parental consent, which: provides the relevant information known by the department about the child, and sufficient information to allow the carers to provide adequate care for the child and ensure the safety of a child, the carers and other members of the carer's household; and records the agreed support and services to be provided to the carers
