The Hazard Characteristic Code (HCC) designation for Reactive Chemical, Flammable. Hazard Group & Comments: Any product meeting the definition of UN Class 4.2 (Spontaneously Combustible) as defined in 49 CFR 173.124(b), which is likely to heat spontaneously under conditions normal to transportation or storage, or is likely to heat up in contact with air and catch fire. Included in this group are pyrophoric liquids that ignite spontaneously in dry or moist air at or below 130 °F (54.4 °C) as defined in 29 CFR 1910.1200
