small organization
small organization :
refers to a private or not-for-profit organization that provides goods, services or facilities to the public, or to other organizations, and has at least one but fewer than 50 employees in Ontario. See obligated organizations above. It does not include the Government of Ontario, Legislative Assembly, or designated public sector organizations. Small organizations are hereafter, also referred to as "small private or not-for-profit organization" in these guidelines
