UDS 2 : Universal Documentation System. A standardized comprehensive tool for stating and coordinating program requirements for testing on MRTFB ranges, as well as the capabilities and plans of test ranges to support program requirements. It consists of a series of six planning and execution documents: 10 the Program Introduction (PI) (also called the Program Introduction Document (PID)), 2) Statement of Capability (SC), 3) Program Requirements Document (PRD), 4) Operations Requirements (OR), 5) Program Support Plan (PSP), and 6) the Operations Directive (OD). The UDS was developed and is regulated by the Range Commanders Council (RCC)
