(ICT) (EG) The "U" stands for "ubiquitous", which is defined as communication between devices, things, humans and computers anytime and anywhere. All devices or things will be embedded in computing and then networked through wired or wireless connections. Under the Government program, citizens will be able to access government services anytime and anywhere through multi-channel devices (based on mobile technologies)
