The following administrative controls should be considered in workplaces using 1-BP: (1) Reduce the amount of time that a worker is exposed to 1-BP as well as reducing the number of workers exposed to the chemical. (2) Purchase, store, and use the smallest amount of 1-BP possible. (3) Keep 1-BP containers closed between uses.
