EurACS
EurACS : EurACs is the association representing the classification societies being members of IACS having head offices in European countries. EurACS' objective is to be the contact for the European Commission and the EU maritime industries on research and development with the purpose of improving maritime safety and the protection of the environment. EurACS has the chair of the strategic Planning group of the MIF Maritime Industries Forum and of Waterborne TP. Members of EurACS: BV, DNV, GL, LR, and RINA. The question arises why PRS (Poland), HRS (Greece) and CRS (Croatia) are excluded from EurACS
