Gender 2 : The collective reference to those learned social differences and relations between women and men, which vary widely among societies and in industrial relations and developmental studies, this concept is much wider than the biologically exclusive notion, "sex". An understanding of gender from this broader perspective permits for an easier analyzing of roles, responsibilities, constraints, pportunities and needs of women and men in any given social context
