Human Capital :

From an organisation point of view - the collective knowledge, competencies, health and vigour, skills and abilities of all the organization's employees. Human capital, unlike structural capital, in not reflected in financial statements and can walk out when employees leave unless it is systematically recorded in the organisation's procedures and systems. From an individual point of view the set of skills an employee acquires on the job, through experience and training, which increases the employee's value in the job market
