APEC's Decision-Making Bodies, in Order of Importance, are : the Economic Leaders Meeting, which are annual meetings of the Heads of State or government of the member economies; the Senior Officials Meeting (SOM); the Committee on Trade and Investment (CTI); the Economic Committee, as well as Sub-committees. The Secretariat, Which provides administrative assistance, is located in Singapore. Providing advice to the leaders, from a public sector perspective, is the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC). This council is composed of up to three businessmen from each member economy.
