Pest 1
Pest 1 : (a) Includes any unwanted living organism including micro-organisms, pest agents, and any genetic structure that is capable of replicating itself (whether that structure comprises all or only part of an entity, and whether it comprises all or only part of the total genetic structure of an entity) that may affect plants, animals, or raw primary produce; and (b) Includes any entity declared to be a pest for the purposes of this Act by Order in Council made under subsection (2): (c) Does not include (i) any human being or living organism which affects only human beings; and (ii) any living organism declared not to be a pest by Order in Council
