Petroleum 01 : (a) Means (i) A naturally occurring hydrocarbon (other than coal), whether solid state; or (ii) A naturally occurring mixture of hydrocarbons (other than coal), gaseous, liquid, or solid state; or (iii) A naturally occurring mixture of 1 or more hydrocarbons (other in a gaseous, liquid, or solid state, and 1 or more of carbon dioxide, sulphide, mercaptan, or nitrogen; and (b) Includes petroleum, as defined in paragraph (a), that has been (i) Mined or otherwise recovered from its natural condition; or (ii) Mined or otherwise recovered from its natural condition and reservoir for storage purposes in the same or an adjacent area
