Pre-Recovery Action
Pre-Recovery Action : Within the disaster context, an action or actions taken prior to a disaster or emergency event that does not affect the severity, exposure or likelihood of the event, but does expedite the recovery process. For instance, gathering all records and drawings regarding a critical piece of equipment that are in different locations into one location, then placing a set of backup copies in a secure off site location. This does not meet the criteria of mitigation, but does expedite the recovery process
