Production and Technical Services (PTS) Contractor 1 : A team of private-sector firms (including firms specializing in engineering, information technology (IT), and program management) that provides a variety of engineering services under contract to FEMA, including performing flood studies/mapping projects (including coastal analyses); reviewing and processing flood studies/mapping projects performed by mapping partners; reviewing and processing appeals and other comments submitted during the 90-day appeal period for studies/mapping projects as well as requests for CLOMAs, LOMAs, CLOMRs, LOMRs, CLOMR-Fs, LOMR-Fs, and LODRs; preparing technical and administrative support data for storage in FEMA archives; and providing updates for FEMA Web and IT reporting systems as required
