Public Moneys : Public Moneys are moneys in the Commonwealth's possession or control, including money that is held in trust and money in a bank account. Categories of public moneys are: (1) received Money; (2) money in the Consolidated Revenue Fund; (3) money in the Loan Fund; (4) money in the Reserve Money Fund; (5) money in the Commercial Activities Fund; (6) Drawn Money; (7) Special Public Money that is subject to a special instruction
