RAINS :
Regional Alliance for Infrastructure and Network Security. Centered in Oregon, RAINS is a public/private partnership promoting the growth of the homeland security industry. It consists of 60 IT vendors and more than 300 public and private organizations. RAINS' emergency information and communication initiative enables key local organizations to share sensitive information-before, during and after emergencies.
