Risk Analysis 56 : The process of measuring or quantifying risk. Risk analysis combines hazard identification and vulnerability assessment and answers three basic questions: (1) what hazard events can occur in the community? (2) what is the likelihood of these hazard events occurring? (3) what are the consequences if the hazard event occurs?
