Risk Projection Model
Risk Projection Model : A conceptual model for estimating the risk from radiation exposure at low doses and dose rates on the basis of epidemiological evidence concerning the risk from high doses and/or dose rates. Additive Risk Projection Model: A risk projection model in which exposure is assumed to lead to an attributable risk that is proportional to the dose but independent of the natural probability of the effect. Multiplicative Risk Projection Model: A risk projection model in which exposure is assumed to lead to an attributable risk that is proportional to the dose and to the natural probability of the effect
