Risk-Specific Dose 1 (RsD) : A chronic daily intake of a chemical that can be interpreted to result in a specific cancer risk, e.g. one in one million. In the derivation of a RsD, the US EPA use probabilistic estimates of cancer potency (such as the linearised multistage model), treating cancer as a nonthreshold effect
