Road Reserve 1
Road Reserve 1 : (1) A legally described area within which facilities such as roads, footpaths and associated features may be constructed for public travel. Often called road. (2) A term customarily used in New Zealand to refer to all land between the legal road boundaries and typically includes the carriageway, footpaths and other accessways, berms and other unpaved areas. Where roads have not been formed, it also refers to so called 'paper roads'
