As defined in NHB 5300. 4(1D-2), "Facility, support, test, and flight systems containing: (a) Pressurized vessels, lines, and components, (b) Propellants, including cryogenics, (c) Hydraulics and pneumatics, (d) High voltages, (e) Radiation sources, (f) Ordnance and explosive devices or devices used for ordnance and explosive checkout, (g) Flammable, toxic, cryogenic, or reactive elements or compounds, (h) High temperatures, (i) Electrical equipment that operates in the area where flammable fluids or solids are located, (j) Equipment used for handling program hardware, (k) Equipment used for personnel walking and work platforms"(NSTS 22254)
