Safety Zone 2 : A portion of roadway: (a) indicated by a structure erected on the roadway; and (b) that has, near the end first met by approaching vehicles travelling along the side of the roadway on which the safety zone is established, a device displaying to approaching drivers the words 'Safety Zone'
