Logs, whether in a log boom or not, that have been found abandoned and (a) adrift, (b) cast ashore, or (c) lying on or embedded in the bed or bottom, or on the bank or beach, of a river, stream, lake, or ocean, and have then been taken into custody, without the owner's authorization, by a person other than the owner of the logs.
