Scleroderma 2 : (Also known as progressive systemic sclerosis): A rare autoimmune disorder involving the connective tissue and damage to microvessels. It is characterised by fibrosis of the skin and sometimes the internal organs. Occupational exposures have been linked to scleroderma include silica, hand-arm vibration, organic solvents and other hydrocarbons
