Self-Inspection
Self-Inspection : Active engagement of workers and employers in inspection- related activities at the workplace. Workers or their representatives can notify the authorities of employers' breaches of labour standards, and employers can assume more responsibility by improving their management practices. Establishing committees with labour and management members, workplace safety committees, and similar bodies concerned with labour protection contributes to self-inspection. Collective bargaining at enterprise level, however, is the most active and viable form of self- inspection
