Sensitizer 07 : A substance which on first exposure causes little or no reaction in humans or test animals. However, on repeated exposure, it may cause a marked response not necessarily limited to the contact site. Skin sensitization (for example, to a metal such as nickel) is the most common form of sensitization in the workplace.
