Service Vehicles : The vehicles used to support revenue vehicle operations and that are not used to carry transit passengers. Types of service vehicles include tow trucks, supervisor vans, transit police cars, staff cars and maintenance trucks for cleaning passenger facilities (rail stations, bus shelters, rights-of-way). Also referred to as non-revenue vehicles
