Severity 1 : A number between 1 and 4 used to categorise the urgency and impact of an Incident. It is determined by the PSN Customer who holds the supply agreement for the PSN Service that is affected. They are expected to take account of any other PSN Service Consumers who may be using the service, as well as their own users
