Short term Exposure Limit (STEL) 03 : According to American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienists, this is the time-weighted average (TWA) airborne concentration to which workers may be exposed for periods up to 15 minutes, which no more than 4 such excursions per day and at least 60 minutes between them.
