Audit 01
Audit 01 : (1) A systematic, independent evaluation to determine whether or not the health, safety and environmental management system and its operation comply with planned arrangements, and whether or not the system is implemented effectively, and is suitable to fulfill the company's health, safety and environmental policy and objectives. (Based on OGP report 6.36/210, 1994 'Guidelines for the development and application of health, safety and environmental management systems'). (2) The examination of the whole system to assess how it has been used over a period, and so make sure it has operated as intended.
