Skill-Based Errors : May be considered as intention (of outcome) being correct but the action (motor-response) is executed badly. Examples include pressing the wrong button on a telephone or computer keyboard where the consequences are relatively trivial - however, pressing the accelerator instead of the (intended) brake in a driving emergency may be a more costly slip
