Smart 04 :
SMART stands for Objectives which are: (1) Specific - the objective clearly identifies who will be affected by what is done, as well as how they will be affected; (2) Measurable - there are ways of measuring the achievement of the objective; (3) Achievable or Agreed - the objective can be achieved and has been mutually agreed; (4) Realistic or Relevant - the objective is not just achievable but also realistic given the available resources. The objective also directly relates to the intervention's aims and intended outcomes; (5) Time-bound - the objective can be achieved within a defined time-frame
