Spatial Analysis 2 : Spatial analysis is the combination of analysis and synthesis of spatial data. Two forms are distinguished: qualitative and quantitative spatial analysis, e.g. on the one hand the investigation of the kind and character of the problem and on the other hand the investigation of the amount and dimension of existing phenomena. Each spatial analysis contains a professional interpretation of the results. Thus, it is the process of applying analytical evaluations on spatial data sets
