Special Negotiating Body
Special Negotiating Body : A body established, in accordance with EU Directive 94/45/EC of 22 September 1994 (on the establishment of a European Works Council) to negotiate with central management; and in accordance with Directive 2001/86/EC of 8 October 2001 (supplementing the Statute for a European Company with regard to the involvement of employees) to negotiate with the competent body of the participating companies regarding the establishment of arrangements for the involvement of employees within the Statute for a European Company.
