Tailored Set
Tailored Set : Means a set of tailored requirements relating to nuclear safety management developed in accordance with paragraph (c) of 48 CFR 970.5204-78 through the use of a tailoring process included in a safety management system approved pursuant to 48 CFR 970.5204-2. Such a set shall identify in a clear and concise manner all requirements contained therein, including applicable regulatory requirements, and shall specify applicable regulatory requirements for which a request for appropriate regulatory relief is recommended
