Temporary Worker 1
Temporary Worker 1 : A worker employed for a limited time (e.g. one month). These workers are usually hired full-time to meet a short-term increase in demand. The law may not allow employers to employ more than a certain number of temporary workers. Some labour laws or collective agreements may determine that they become regular workers after a certain period. Examples of temporary workers are seasonal workers hired to collect the harvest, workers hired until a construction project is finished, or to replace a worker who is sick
