Terrorism 09 :
Premeditated threat or act of violence, against noncombatant persons, property, environmental, or economic targets, to induce fear or to intimidate, coerce or affect a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political, social, ideological, or religious objectives. Extended definition: usually conducted by an organization with an identifiable chain of command or conspiratorial cell structure, whose members are considered a sub-national or nonstate entity.
