Time Loss Benefits
Time Loss Benefits : Payments made to injured workers who are unable to perform all or part of their job functions as result of their injuries or disease. (See temporary partial disability and temporary total disability). Compensation is due 14 days from date of employer notice or knowledge or date of disability, whichever is later for new claims. For aggravation claims, payments are due 14 days from receipt of the approved claim form (F827) accompanied by medical verification of inability to work as a result of a worsened condition. Subsequent payments after the initial payment are due every 14 days from the date of the first payment
