Tripartism 2
Tripartism 2 : The active interaction of government, employers and workers (through their representatives) as equal and independent partners in efforts to seek solutions to issues of common concern. A tripartite process may involve consultation, negotiation and/or joint decision-making, depending on arrangements agreed between the parties involved.
