Balance of Payments 1
Balance of Payments 1 : A country's record of all the transactions which take place in a year between itself and all other countries. It records the import and export trade of the country and this is done under the headings of "visible trade" and "invisible trade". Visible trade relates to the exchange of actual goods, while invisible trade is the exchange of such items as services and capital flows (investments, etc).
