Unsafe Act 1
Unsafe Act 1 : (Safety) A departure from an accepted, normal, or correct procedure or practice. An act that produces injury or property damage or has the potential to do so. An unnecessary exposure to a hazard; or conduct reducing the degree of safety. Note: Not every unsafe act produces an injury or loss but, by definition, all unsafe acts have the potential for producing them. An unsafe act may be doing something that is unsafe or failing to do something that should have been done
