Validity 8 : There are different forms of validity but it is generally taken to mean the accuracy of your measurements, findings, or claims. Internal Validity: The degree to which you can claim that it was your intervention which caused the observed changes, e.g. improved knowledge or attitudes, as opposed to other factors such as: individual personality of participants, or natural changes over time. External Validity: External validity means that your findings can be generalised to the whole population. This is only possible if a randomised sample has been used for the evaluation study
