Violence 2 : Any action, incident or behaviour in which an employee is assaulted, threatened, harmed, injured or humiliated in circumstances related to their work, including commuting to and from work, because of the action of another person. This can involve: intentional behaviour aimed at physically injuring or assaulting an employee, leading to actual physical or psychological harm; verbal abuse, including swearing, insults or condescending language; aggressive body language indicating intimidation, contempt or disdain; harassment, including mobbing, bullying and racial or sexual harassment; expression of the intent to cause harm, including threatening behaviour, verbal and written threats
