Warm Zone (1) :

With respect to Control Zones (Looked it up elsewhere in the source) for a hazardous materials incident and to the Emergency Response Guide (ERG, Looked it up elsewhere in the source), the area between the Hot Zone and the Cold Zone where personnel and equipment decontamination and Hot Zone support take place. It includes control points for the access corridors thereby assisting in reducing the spread of contamination. Also referred to as the contamination reduction corridor (CRC), contamination reduction zone (CRZ), yellow zone or limited access zone in other documents.
