Warsaw Pact
Warsaw Pact : A military alliance formed in 1955 by Eastern European countries aligned with the USSR during the Cold War. It was largely a response to the formation of NATO. Its members were: USSR, Poland, East Germany, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Albania (until 196!). It dissolved when the Cold War ended
