Weaving 1
Weaving 1 : e-facilitators use this technique towards the end of a specific discussion thread. Weaving links a series of discussion messages to a significant theme or concept in the course. It often contains a series of brief quotes from participants to summarise the pattern and gist of the discussion. Successful weaving acknowledges contribution and celebrates group effort. It also frames and encapsulates the key points in a given discussion thread. Finally it provides direction and impetus for the next phase of activity
