Weekly Rest 3 : The minimum duration of a break from work that is required by law or international standards in any seven-day period. The break is usually required to be an uninterrupted period of 24 hours. In some countries all workers are entitled to a two-day break, (e.g. on Saturday and Sunday); in other countries the law establishes a one-day break (e.g. on a Friday or Sunday)
