Work Groups : A group of people in the workplace is identified, and they elect a representative for consultative purposes in OHS. The work group/s identified need to take into account work shifts, geographic location, type of work, responsibilities, gender, age, ethnicity, nature of hazards, and whether there is full time/part time/ seasonal employment
