All Out 2
All Out 2 : A signal meaning that a fire is out or under control, and that all or most of the fire fighting units are ready to resume their normal assignments. It is ordered by the officer in charge, and usually includes a special signal followed by one round of the box number for the fire invoved. An "all out" may be sounded over outside air horns to tell or volunteer fire fighters that their response is not needed. See also: Recall, Strike Out
